SALES & REFUND POLICY –

Orders

After successful payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
All orders are subject to product availability in stock.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Returns are eligible for store credit only (no direct monetary refunds).

Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as per customer preference and product availability.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  •  If free shipping was applied to the original order, the shipping amount will be deducted from the store credit.

Refund / Store Credit Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Customized or made-to-order products
